CETA e' l'accordo Euro-Canadese per il commercio,
e' una riedizione del TTIP, che la mobilitazione internazionale
ha largamente affossato.
Ma cio' che e' uscita dalla porta rischia di rientrare dalla finestra.
All’ordine del giorno lo scambio di informazioni su questioni tecniche e regolamentari
nell’ambito del commercio bilaterale di prodotti geneticamente modificati.
Le istituzioni comunitarie hanno sempre assicurato che l’accordo UE-Canada
non avrebbe modificato le leggi su produzione e commercio
di prodotti derivati dalle biotecnologie.
Stop TTIP Italia è in grado di dimostrare il contrario,
pubblicando l’agenda e la sintesi finale di una conferenza del 28 aprile 2018.
Quel giorno a Parma, Bruxelles e Ottawa tre schermi
si illuminavano contemporaneamente, mettendo in comunicazione funzionari
dell’Agenzia europea per la sicurezza alimentare (EFSA),
della Commissione europea e del Governo canadese.
